Terms and Conditions

All sales made by Kartell Los Angeles are subject to the following terms and conditions. An order for goods from Kartell Los Angeles denotes recognition and acceptance of these terms and conditions by the purchaser.
 Invoices are payable in US Dollars. We accept payment methods of credit cards, checks, wire transfer and cash.
 Prices do not include taxes, shipping, assembly, or installation, unless otherwise provided for on our confirmation.
 Prices are subject to change any time, without notice.
 Payment in full must be received prior to shipment of goods, unless otherwise specified in writing by Kartell Los Angeles.
 Kartell Los Angeles requires all orders to be submitted in writing by either by fax, by mail or by e-mail.
 Kartell Los Angeles will confirm order in writing.
 All orders are subject to factory availability and approval. Kartell Los Angeles reserves the right to refuse an order for any reason.
 All orders placed with Kartell Los Angeles requires a 50% non-refundable deposit and no changes or cancellation will be accepted once the order is in production. Payment in full is required for all merchandise, unless otherwise specified in writing by Kartell Los Angeles.
 Please be aware that the showroom samples and catalog photographs are indicative of color, but do not guarantee the actual color. Materials may vary in color and texture and we cannot guarantee an exact match.
 Our delivery dates are approximate and cannot be guaranteed. We will try to advise you in advance if your order will be delayed. Kartell Los Angeles will not be held responsible for any shipping delays that are beyond our control.
 Kartell Los Angeles inspects all products prior to shipping to ensure that they are undamaged and in good condition.
 Products are shipped FOB Kartell warehouse in Los Aneles, California, New Jersey and Milan, Italy. When the shipping company receives our goods and signs our bill of landing that the goods are in good condition, the risk of goods being lost or damaged passes to the client. If a product has been lost or damaged in transit, it is the client’s responsibility to file a claim whit the shipping company. Kartell Los Angeles is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs in transit.
 There will be minimum shipping charge of $25 on every shipment, regardless of the shipping company used.
 All shipments are prepaid and insured for the invoice value of the goods. The full amount of shipping charges will be billed to the client, unless otherwise specified in writing by Kartell Los Angeles.
 Claims for shipment shortages must be made in writing to us within 7days of delivery receipt.
 Kartell Los Angeles will ship any items that were mis-shipped or shorted via regular ground service at our cost. Any extra charges for express or air freights will be the responsibility of the client.
 If you are unable to accept our schedule delivery, we will store your goods for up to 15days at no charge to you. After 15days, merchandise will be returned to stock and the deposit shall be forfeited.
 No returns or order cancellations without consent of Kartell Los Angeles.
 Exchange or store credit only within 14days of receiving the product.
 Returns authorized in writing within 14days will be subjected to a 40% restocking fee.
 Returns must be shipped prepaid and insured for the full invoice value of the goods.
 Returns much be received by Kartell Los Angeles in perfect condition and in original unaltered packaging. We will not accept any returned goods that have been altered or damaged in any way.
 Poorly packaged and/or unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the sender.
 Kartell US warranties all merchandise for 1year after purchase.
